Taking Care of Myself

I know most of you aren’t reading this to get a bunch of recipes or exercise suggestions but getting in shape has been part of my journey and several of my IRL friends asked me for my recipes or other information about how I’ve achieved my goals. So here is where it will be.

As a single mom how do I have the time to count calories or worry about eating well? My primary concern is making something for dinner that the kids will eat without a fight and sometimes I barely have time to do that. But somehow I manage…
